Before I say anything else, I just have to say this:

YOU DO NOT SHIT WITH OPTIMUS PRIME.

Yes, I saw Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. General reaction? "HOLY SHIT. AGAIN, AGAIN!" >:3

But on a more indepth look, the plotline and especially the character development were quite lacking. I mean, sure, I loved the awesome, sexy alien robot fighting. But all the times that could've been used for robot interaction and plot building were taken up by mainly comic relief; not to say it wasn't funny, it was just too much sometimes where I wanted some characterization and more Autobot lines.
(We actually got some awesome Decepticon dialogue, but barely any from the Autobots! Ironhide, Ratchet, Sideswipe - not the amount of lines that I wanted. It was all taken by Skids and Mudflap, who are funny, but just took so much time from the other Autobots.)

I expected more from one of the writers of Star Trek.

And I'm still a little sore that Bumblebee, despite what he said at the end of the first movie, STILL doesn't have his voice back. But the Sam x Bumblebee moments made me *squee!* very much, so it helped~ <3

And I'm still getting it on DVD and want Transformers 3 already...just please, Micheal Bay, advise the writers to put some robot character emotion/interation and tone down on the balls/fart/sex jokes! It's funny, but it kind of gets old.
